Q:adidas Trainee Program的招募對(duì)象有沒有專業(yè)限制？

A:我們對(duì)專業(yè)沒有任何限制，歡迎不同專業(yè)的同學(xué)積極申請(qǐng)你感興趣的職位。

Q:如果我不是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，是否還能申請(qǐng)Trainee Program？

A:除了應(yīng)屆生外，我們同樣接受有一年及以下全職工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的往屆畢業(yè)生的申請(qǐng)，也歡迎海外畢業(yè)生申請(qǐng)。

Q:每個(gè)人可以申請(qǐng)幾個(gè)職位？

A:每位同學(xué)在申請(qǐng)時(shí)可以填寫第一志愿與第二志愿，還可以選擇“愿意調(diào)劑”（willingness to be re-assigned），屆時(shí)我們會(huì)根據(jù)個(gè)人意愿以及崗位需求進(jìn)行安排。同時(shí)，我們建議你在申請(qǐng)前詳細(xì)閱讀我們的PositionApplication頁面來深入了解職位職責(zé)與需求，根據(jù)你的個(gè)人興趣與能力來申請(qǐng)最適合的職位。

Q:adidasAPACTraineeProgram意味著我們會(huì)在亞太區(qū)輪崗的機(jī)會(huì)嗎？

A:是的。在24個(gè)月的管培生項(xiàng)目中，培訓(xùn)生除了在阿迪達(dá)斯亞太區(qū)總部上海接受3崗共18個(gè)月的培訓(xùn)輪崗?fù)猓€額外有一崗6個(gè)月在其他國家及地區(qū)的輪崗機(jī)會(huì)。在海外輪崗，你還有機(jī)會(huì)參與跨部門輪崗，迎接更多挑戰(zhàn)！我們非常歡迎有志于長期在上海工作也有意愿在亞太其他國家及地區(qū)工作的同學(xué)應(yīng)聘我們的職位。
