車燈機械電子畢業(yè)培訓生

Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support one or more of the following activities:
●Lead the HCM (Headlamp Control Module) development to achieve advanced  lighting feature control including but not limited to Glare Free High  Beam/Auto High Beam/Dynamic Bending Light/Auto Height Levelling. Deliver  the LDF (LIN Description File) with supplier together.
●Lead the lighting LDM (LED Driver Module) development based on specific  program design. Assign the lighting LDM request and specification to  supplier for module and function design. Work with supplier to deliver  LDM to achieve program required features.
●Work with EESE on HCM or BCM EEL communication. For example: choosing  signal from CAN bus used for lighting feature(DBC), work together with  EESE system to finish NID (Network Interface Diagram), etc.
●Work with EESE on system design of lighting features including but not limited to Welcome/Farewell.
●Lead to finish lighting system electronic diagram based on specific program request.
●Can clearly understand lighting feature definition, and develop specific parameter in HCM/LDM software (M2/M3).
●Lead HCM/LDM and/or other lighting related ECUs Design Change Verification based on program change request.
●Simulate the lighting system with CANoe/CANAnalyser (including CAN  Bus/HCM/LDM/LED module/Actuator) to verify lighting features work  properly.
●Lead to solve lighting electrical system issues and design verification for different program milestones.
●Finish DEFMA/Quality history/P-diagram/D-diagram etc. for different program milestones.

Qualifications & Skills Required

●Bachelor degree or above.
●Fluent in both oral and written English
●Good knowledge of electrical hardware and software.
●Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work with global teams
●CAN/LIN communication knowledge preferred.
●Electronic software knowledge preferred (CANoe/CANanalyser).
●Electronic HW & SW related development experience preferred.

車身內飾項目管理畢業(yè)培訓生

Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support one or more of the following activities:
●Be the interface between program team and functional engineering;
●Timely communicate with LVEA(Lead vehicle engineering activity) and  JV(Joint Venture) to ensure engineering information is correctly  delivered;
●Deliver program milestone deliverables (quality, timing and cost) along with function;
●Ensure and coordinate robust engineering sign off for localized parts with function;
●Ensure and coordinate Functional support at Program special events;
●Present functional status at weekly Program Steering Team(PST) meeting, Tech Reviews, etc and program milestone reviews;
●Chair regular reviews to manage program business with the Function and PMT leader;
●Lead local build process for the functional area at all build events  managing issue resolution and coordinate cross-functional engineering  issue resolution and communication;
●Ensure resource requirements are defined by Function and communicated to PM and consistent with Program Direction.

Qualifications & Skills Required

●Bachelor Degree or above in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering;
●Understand Body Interior system and vehicle performance;
●Familiar with product development process;
●Willing to take more responsibility, have ownership for the assigned program;
●Be flexible for travelling in China mainland;
●Be Proactive and Passionate;
●Fluent English and good communication skills;
●Familiar Windows office skill
